This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by Summit Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to Sportsball and any other apps available under the SummitDeals developer account.
Our apps do not require you to create an account to use core features. Some apps offer optional account creation for additional functionality. If you choose to create an account, we may collect information such as your name and email address solely to provide that service. You may use our apps without creating an account at any time.
If you create an optional account, the information you provide is used only to manage your account and deliver app features. We do not sell this information to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@summitchurch.site.

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases (for example, removing advertisements). All purchases are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information. Transactions are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.
Our apps may display data retrieved from publicly available third-party APIs (such as sports scores and schedules). We do not store this data on our own servers and we do not associate it with any individual user.
Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
If you have created an optional account, your data is retained until you request deletion. For users who have not created an account, we do not retain any personal information. Analytics and crash data collected through third-party SDKs is subject to those providers' own retention policies.
